      • All sessions at this location for Sundays. (No session March 31st)

Player Groupings

For an unmatched & positive Coach to player ratio players will be split into 2 groups upon arrival, forming groups of 4 - 8 players. The player will be informed of their group upon arrival each day.

Our goal at 1UP is to ensure every player receives a positive training environment that is best suited for their individual development. As per Canada Soccer Guidelines, player groupings may change from day to day.

Parents & Spectators Viewing

Parents, friends and families are always welcomed with us! We encourage and welcome all parents and families to watch as much of the training as they please. Please refrain from giving the players instructions during the session.

Apparel

All apparel orders from registration are packed and ready for the first session. Although, unfortunately some orders may be delayed due to supply chain issues from our supplier. We will deliver all backorders as soon as they arrive.

What to bring

  • Indoor Soccer boots or Running Shoes

  • 1UP Training Shirt

    • For first timers, your shirt will be ready for you upon arrival!

  • Black Shorts (If possible)

  • White Socks (If possible) - Crew socks or soccer socks, no ankle socks!

  • Water bottle

  • Extra pair of shoes for arrival - no wet shoes on training surfaces

*Please do not leave home if you are feeling unwell or showing signs of COVID-19 Symptoms.

Refund Policy

  • Please note that any unforeseen event which causes a cancellation of the program will result in a refund according to the number of sessions remaining!
