I am unsure what program to register myself or my child for.
If you are unsure which program best suits your player we have a join 1UP form where you can let us know a little bit about you or your child. We will then follow up with the best program which suits you!

Where can I purchase apparel?
Our online shop is where you can purchase any 1UP Soccer apparel. If you are currently training with us and purchase something, we will have it ready for you at your next training session. This applies to ALL our programs.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?
We try our absolute best to never cancel our sessions. However we are passengers to the weather at times. If you are unsure about the status of your session you can check it here.
I made a mistake and registered for the wrong program…
It’s okay we all make mistakes! If you think that you made a mistake please contact us at admin@1upsoccer.com and we will be happy to refund your purchase.
I registered for a program/camp but did not receive an information package. What should I do?
If you registered for a program, all of the information and details will be sent to you via email one week prior to the start of your session. If you did not receive anything please contact us at admin@1upsoccer.com
To avoid missing any important information please also check your spam folders and make sure all the information on the registration form is correct.
Do you provide a service for birthday parties?
Unfortunately we do not provide a service for birthday parties. We wish we could be there for your special day and we hope to be able to provide a service for these occasions soon.
Do you provide 1 on 1 training?
We do not currently provide 1 on 1 training for our athletes. We do always recommend that players train with at least one other person. This allows us to put you in game realistic situations which is the fastest way we believe to develop our players.
Where do you guys train?
We are currently ONLY located in Calgary, Alberta. We try our best to train in a central location with in the city as we have many players who join us from all quadrants
