Welcome to our coveted reschedule Process, please see the form attached below to Reschedule your 1UP session! Please read the steps below to understand how to reschedule your player properly!

The 1UP Rescheduling System

  • Step 1:

    Parents fill out our reschedule form attached below. This form will provide our scheduling team with your “Conflicted Session/s Date “ and your “Preferred Reschedule Date” As well as any other important information pertaining to your reschedule. You will then receive a reschedule confirmation email from our Admin team.

    At this point please IGNORE all reminders for your “Conflicted Session Date”. These reminders are automatic and are unable to be removed for single rescheduled sessions. As long as you have received a reschedule confirmation you are all set!

  • Step 2:

    Once a reschedule has been logged, Our scheduling system will sort your reschedule based on your “Preferred Reschedule Date” Once Sorted our team process the sessions with the earliest “Preferred Reschedule Date” requests first to ensure all reschedule sessions are processed in accordance to when clients require them. In addition to this our groupings are very fluid so to make sure we get it right our team only process reschedules 4-7 days prior to a clients preferred reschedule date to make sure we keep our groups as accurate as possible!

  • Step 3:

    Your session will be rescheduled! If there is a session that meets the requirements you set fourth in the form you will receive an email automatically from our Admin team with the details of your reschedule: new date, session time, location, and any other important information. This email will be titled reschedule.

    If our system is not able to find a session that would fit your players age/skill level in your preferred reschedule dates it will alert a member of our scheduling team who will reach out to you via email to organize your reschedule manually.
