Small Group Training


How Do I Pay for Small Group Training Sessions?

Starting this outdoor season, we are excited to announce that all Small Group Training payments will now be made via Credit Card. Even better news, still no upfront fee and the same scheduling flexibility.

  1. Upon registering, use your credit card towards a $1 registration fee.

  2. 48 hours prior to your session start time, your credit card will be automatically debited $39.75 for that session, plus any pre-ordered 1UP apparel. For you returning 1UPpers, this means no month-end invoices, e-transfers or PAD, you will simply be sent a weekly receipt after each transaction.

  3. Can’t make your session? With at least 48 hours notice, simply complete our reschedule form and the 1UP Scheduling Team will reschedule your session.

  4. Should an unforeseen circumstance occur within 48 hours of your session start time (inclement weather, field closure, air quality, or injury) 1UP will offer you a make-up session or credit towards another 1UP program.

  5. Due to our effective and flexible rescheduling process, 1UP Soccer does not offer cancellations. Plan ahead and never miss a session!

Can I have all my sessions at one location?

We try our best to train in central locations during the outdoor season. We book fields through the City of Calgary and attempt to keep all our sessions in one place. However, we are beholden to field availability, meaning our session location may vary depending on the day.

How do I reschedule my session?

We offer reschedules to players who may have a conflict for one of their upcoming training days. We ask for a 48 hours notice if possible!

What do I do if my player is sick/injured before my upcoming session?

If your player is sick or injured prior to their session and you are unable to provide the 48 hours’ notice, please contact either keeganbiggs@1upsoccer.com

How can I get my friends/teammates registered?

If you are a looking to create a closed group, their is a section on the registration for (Does player have a personalized group”). Please add all player names in which will partake in this closed group. Have all fiends/teammates also register as well and input names in the “Does player have a personalized group” section.

I received a registration confirmation email… now what?

If you have received a confirmation email regarding your most recent registration, we ask for your patience while we look for a group which best fits you player! Please give us at least 48 hours to respond. If you have not yet heard from us after this please feel free to contact us at admin@1upsoccer.com

I received a reschedule confirmation email… now what?

If you have received a reschedule confirmation email, we ask for you patience while we process your request. If you have not heard from us after 48 hours please feel free to contact us at admin@1upsoccer.com.

*If you are rescheduling a session that is more then 2 weeks in advance we will not process it until the week of the requested session
