Reschedule Process
It is important to us that each player commits to their club schedule! 1UP Soccer will no longer be offering cancellations. In Lieu of a cancellation, 1UP will offer players a rescheduled session. To qualify for the ‘reschedule session’, we must receive your reschedule request 48 hours prior to your conflicted session. To reschedule, simply complete the link reschedule form and our scheduling team will contact you. Link: https://forms.gle/RZP4w9ZQqWQWfXWi6
Player Groupings
It is important for us that all players are training within the correct training group. We do our best to place the players by development stage and not by age or gender. The maximum number for a group is 8 players. If you registered with teammates with less than 6-8 players, please expect outside players in your group, that are within the same developmental stage.
With 400+ players training per week, it is impossible to get perfectly. If you feel like you haven’t been placed in the correct group, please let us know.
Technical Details
"At 1UP, our passion is developing players technically, tactically, physically and mentally, without forgetting that youth players need to ENJOY the process." 1UP Soccer is committed to ensuring all sessions are delivered with high quality to improve each individual player. With a heavy focus on improving each player's technical ability, every 'skill' trained will always be paired with decision making. This will give the player more understanding on how to implement each technique into their games.
There will be a high focus & effort demanded from each player, all while an encouraging and FUN environment is being created.

Weekly Training Topics
Objective of each session
Step by step coaching point of each session
All sessions are carefully designed by head coach & founder Graham Fisher which consists of all important player habits needed to excel and improve in today's modern game within GAME REALISTIC training activities. Graham blends his 7 years of youth & professional experience in Germany, Ireland, Spain & England, with his 3 National Coaching licenses to bring the players and coaching staff a second to none training environment.
Each session topic will be delivered via zoom for free, prior to the player partaking in the session, via our VTP program (please see below)
Virtual Technical Performance - (Weekly Session Introductions)
This Fall we have decided to take a different approach with our Virtual Technical Performance (previously known as Virtual Tactical Performance) . Here is a quick rundown on what to expect this Fall. Each week players will work on different player habits as per the training menu sent out in your details. As an introduction to the new training topic, each Sunday morning a quick 5 minute video will be sent out to all parents and players of this program. The video sent out will be discussing the weekly topic and providing examples from professional game scenarios in order for players to see the techniques they will be executing in training. This learning process is similar to professional academies in Europe and other parts of the world.
Junior Coach Program
Our junior coach program is a program that we are very proud of. So far, over 60 players have had the chance to volunteer throughout the week, gain work experience, and experience another side of the game - coaching! Trust us, - once you start coaching, your game as a player will improve! For all players 2008 and older, please see details and regiastration form here: https://www.1upsoccer.com/juniorcoach
